DOCUWISE, LLC 

THE PURPOSE OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY IS TO INFORM YOU ABOUT:

Personal Identification Information is any information that concerns you individually and would permit us to contact you. This includes your name, address, telephone/telefax number, social security number, e-mail address or any personal information you submitted to us.

DOCUWISE will not collect any Personal Identification Information about you unless you provide it to us. Therefore, if you do not wish for DOCUWISE to obtain any Personal Identification Information about you, please do not submit any personal information to DOCUWISE.

WHO IS THE DOCUWISE WEBSITE DIRECTED TO? 

The DOCUWISE website is directed to everyone except children under the age of fourteen years old. DOCUWISE does not intend to collect any Personal Identification Information from children under the age of fourteen years old. If you are thirteen or younger you cannot register or make a purchase.

However, if children under the age of fourteen years old provide Personal Identification Information to us, their parents or legal guardian should request that we delete this information from our files by sending us an email at: [email protected]. We will use all reasonable efforts to delete children’s information from our files in a timely manner.

Choice/Opt out – For customers who wish to stop receiving DOCUWISE special offers, promotional materials and newsletters, DOCUWISE provides several ways to do so. If you no longer wish to receive these types of communications, you may opt out of receiving them by changing your Newsletter Subscriptions preferences. You may also send an email to [email protected] with a request to be removed. Finally, you may use the link provided in all DOCUWISE communications to automatically unsubscribe.

Links – The website may contain links to or from other websites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy policies of other websites. This Privacy Policy applies only to the information we collect on the DOCUWISE website. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of other websites you visit via links from the DOCUWISE website.

Correction/Updating/Reviewing Personal Information – Customers may change or review their stored account information such as street address or e-mail address through our website by visiting our “My Account” section. You must have your username and password in order to access your account. In the event you forget both your username and password, please contact our customer service department for assistance.
