DOCUWISE provides complete printer insurance for all print devices using DOCUWISE supplies and/or parts. If a printer needs repair due to a DOCUWISE product or a product has caused leakage, device defect or any type of malfunction, simply call your sales consultant and DOCUWISE will dispatch an Authorized Service Tech to clean, repair and/or replace the toner or ink cartridge and fix any related issues.

Our on-site service team provides Nationwide Service on all printer makes and models regardless of whether the printer is in under or out of warranty.

If the printer is still under warranty our technician will contact the manufacturer at the time of the service call to discuss applicable options and DOCUWISE will repair the print device at our expense if the cartridge is deemed to have caused an issue with the normal performance of the printer or any of its components.
