Job Opening 1: Business Development Representative (Inside Sales)
Description:
In this position you will represent DOCUWISE in a positive and professional manner. Your focused efforts will be on non-DOCUWISE accounts moving them from prospects to active account status. Generate profitable sales through outbound telephone sales to gain market share in Segment B and C accounts. Position requires a strong “Hunter” mentality and the ability to make 50+ calls per day. You will facilitate outbound (and inbound)
telephone sales calls focusing on non-DOCUWISE accounts to activate and develop new business opportunities. Promote new products and services. Effectively negotiate price, delivery, contracts and warranty terms to generate profits and greater customer satisfaction, while following company programs, policies and procedures. You will work closely with Teammates from several departments and maintain a positive attitude fostering teamwork in your day-to-day responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have the following skill sets:

You will be empowered to manage your own business according to the schedule and lead prospecting that works for you. You will be provided with weekly sales reports to assist in tracking customers and their sales. You will be independent; however you will
receive regular training and sales support to assist you in your success.
We sell supplies, service and equipment for all major print device brands and models in our targeted business market. Our commission structure is aggressive and we will provide you with the Marketing and Sales Support that will enable you to be successful. If you prove to be "Top Tier" exclusive territories may be available.
